Good Morning!

I am not able to deploy the OS error with  Task Sequence: Test_OS has failed with the error code (0x80070002). For more information, contact your system administrator or helpdesk operator and i have observed  WMI file have the 13GB & when i distributed the file to DP,it is showning 134MB in SMSPKGSIG dolder.

Please suggest me.

Don't worry about the size on the DP (it's caused by the single instance store and does not indicate a problem). 
Examine smsts.log instead.

Hi,

Check at which step it is failing by SCCM report. Figure out which apps or setting is causing this.Check for smsts.log file.

The packages in sccm are distributed in content library. Explore the library by package id and then 4 digit of hash code.

Google for more info about the content library.

0x80070002 relates to cannot find the file specified

check in the references tab of your TS if all the content is at 100% compliance
