OSD Failed to run task Sequence: There are no task sequences available for this computer that is not related to duplicate UUID
I have had SCCM OSD working for a number of years and the only hiccup i have is once per year i have to update the PXE service point cert. (im running native mode)
This issue has randomly started occurring. I can image no Machines they all give the same error after inputting our password. I have checked the logs for the UUID Bios ID duplication issue and all my machines im testing this with have
unique identifiers. However the machine im currently using shows the incorect GUID in the SMSTS.log.
I created the collection based on query and using the reported SMSBIOS UUID from both SCCM and the PXE boot screen brings up the correct known machine. Changing it to the UUID given in the smsts.log shows nothing.
I have recreated all my Task sequences and re advertised them to unknown computers (x86 and x64) and also a collection i have for re-imaging machines.
The only other issue i have had in my infrastructure recently was my CRL expired and i had to re-issue it. I have re-issued all my SCCM certs for good measure in case that could be causing the issue.
The SMSTS.log is too large to post in here but i can provide bits if needed.
Thanks
Craig

Do the following to ensure you have the correct device when troubleshooting.
Open smspxe.logBrowse the log for the request you just attempted via PXE boot by MACCopy the SMBIOS GUIDNext, right click the collection you want the device to be added toClick properties.Click the Membership rules tab. Click the computer icon.Click Next.Select Resource Class: System Resource, Attribute name: System UUID, Value: **Paste the SMS BIOS ID from step 3.**Click next.Click Next leave search collection blank. You will now see what name the UUID matches This is the device that must be added to the collection to get the Task Sequence

smspxelog was completely clear.
I have however fixed the issue. In my rush to sort out the certificates i re-issued the site signing cert but did not apply it under the site mode properties.
Apologies for that but thankyou to those who replied.
