OPEN with EXPLORER issue in Sharepoint 2013

hi team,

I got an issue while accessing PRD environment url from my system. While clicking on the Open with Explorer , I am getting the following error "

We're having a problem opening this location in file explorer. Add this website to your trusted sites

list and try again".

Same is working while accessing Dev environment url from my system.

I tried all the options like hotfix application, webclient service check, added the website to the trusted sites etc.... but all my try went into vain.

I am using IE 10, OS is windows 7 Professional SP1.

Please help me to overcome this issue.

do you use any load balancing, proxies or firewalls for production env? Often it may cause such issues.

hi,

yes we are using. but being prd we need to have those right. We can't overcome these issues without disabling the above specified in your mail.
