I have a desktop with Windows 8,1

Camcorder Digital Legria HS F100

I did download from Canon, the software Imagegarden.

This should be usefull for camera and camcorder.

It was complete installed but all I see are the pictures on my desktop.

The camcorder will not recognized. On the screen of the camcorder says that there is a connection.

It worked with Windows 7. But not in 8.1

I tried to supply a device but still nothing.

What do I wrong or what do I forget?

Can anybody help me.
