Not going to the final step of Network Authentication to log on Wifi Network

Hi,

I am trying to connect to wifi network of University, but I can not.

I followed all of the instructions from IT of University to establish my wifi network.

When I try to connect to this network, a notification appeared as "Additional logon information is required. Please enter/select additional logon information". And I clicked onto "Please enter...." but nothing happened.

It means that I could not reach the final step for inputting the username/password. A notification of Windows security/Network Authentication for entering user credentials must have appeared. But, it did not appear.

So, I could not connect to that wifi network. Maybe, is there missing anything in Windows?

Please help me with this problem.

Thank you for your advice.

Ask your support team. Univerities are using EDUROAM. You will need to install certificate. Details are published on university support pages. Sometimes there is a need to be on right list of autorized users.

Test your somewhere on free WiFi to make sure that your hardware and software is prepared. Also check Device manager to make sure that WiFi is installed correctly.

Thank Milos,

It is OK when I connect internet through another wifi network, not EDUROAM of university. The problem is that the Windows security/Network Authentication menu did not appear for me to fill my username and password when I  I clicked onto "Please enter....".

The best source of assistance is the university's IT team as they have much more knowledge of their system and how it works than anyone in an internet forum.
