When we are uploading a document to a document library the document is getting saved and we are prompted with a form to add column values ,after filling all the values and clicking "save", a message appears at the bottom stating that the properties are change but the form is not getting closed and appears again after clicking save,at cancel we can see a document in the library but properties are not saved .we can edit the item and can save the properties,We have tested it on ie 9,10,11 and chrome,it has random behaviour and it is only for one l
