Not able to align lines properly in report
I am using SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services. I have a report with a Page Header and Tablix. The Tablix contains fields bound to the DataSet values.
When the report is rendered, it is not showing lines properly aligned to each other. There are gaps between the lines, as show in the image below:
While designing the lines are shown as continuous from Page Header to Tablix end, but when rendered, there are gaps and lines are not continuous.

I am using SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services. In my report, I have a Page Header, Page Footer and Details Section.
When report is run, the Header and Footer are visible on the first page without the Details section whereas on the second page, entire report is visible but with slight problem.
The problem on second page is that Details section is not properly aligned below the Header.
How to solve this issue?

Hi There,
It's a little difficult to pinpoint the cause behind your issue. However, could you please check to ensure the below mentioned?
1. Is your data region properly aligned between the header and the footer? i.e., ensure that there are no white spaces between your data region and the header or the footer. If you see the screenshot below, you can see that the data region is properly aligned
between the header / footer sections.
2. Can you provide your page size settings?
If you could share some screenshots of your first and second pages, along with one that shows your report in Design view, I could help you better.
HTH.
Cheers,
IceQB

Sorry, I forgot to clear one more thing.
This problem is arising only while printing or exporting it to PDF. It renders correctly on browser.
The images of first and second page are below. These are take from Print Preview:

Hi,
If you can ensure that there is no gap between the header and body. If there is a gap ( blank space) try removing this.
You can also try setting set ConsumeContainerWhitespace report level property to True. Also have a look at my below post done for same purpose, see if it helps

Hi OldEnthusiast,
Sorry for the delay.
From your description, I have tested the issue in my local environment, however, everything goes well. The gap in your report may occur if the lines are not
intersected actually. To make sure the lines and the tablix are intersected, please hold the mouse to drag the lines in questions towards the tablix until the blues lines appear. The blues lines are useful when we align report
controls.
The screenshot is for your reference:
Hope this helps.
