Non-existing printers are added automatically, but don't work.

I have a Server 2012 R2 with shared printers. (Let's call it Server1)
i have installed them on a RDS server (Let's call it RDS1) and on a second RDS server (Let's call it RDS2)

But for some reason printing doesn't work well. So i decided to remove the installed shared printers on RDS1 and RDS2, unshare the printers on Server1, remove the printers on Server1, and install the printers locally on RDS1 and RDS2.

Now the problem is, that only on RDS1, there are a lot of printers listed named printer1 on Server1, Printer2 on server1, etc.. When I remove them, they just return after a few minutes. No GPO's are used to install printers. The printers even don't exist anymore on Server1, but the keep getting automatically added. i don't have this problem on RDS2. No printers are added there.

So My question is: where are there 'ghostprinters' coming from? Why do they keep getting automatically installed, even when the shared printers don't exist anymore?
And to top it off, each ghostprinters is added about 7 or 8 times, and they don't work. Printer properties are not available.
