• Downloaded MDOP 2014
• Installed MSDaRT81.msi on Primary Site server running SCCM 2012 R2 CU2.
• Using File Explorer, navigated to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft DaRT\v8.1 folder.
• Copied the Toolsx86.cab file to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Deployment Toolkit\Templates\Distribution\Tools\x86
• Copied the Toolsx64.cab file to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Deployment Toolkit\Templates\Distribution\Tools\x64
• Created a new ConfigMgr Boot image using the MDT wizard; selected the DaRT component during creation.
• Distributed the boot image to distribution point.
• Configured the task sequence to use the new boot image
• When the bare metal machine boots there is no option for remote connection.

It is working now. Those steps are correct. Just took some time to come up.
