No more connections can be made to this remote computer
Hi, After rebooting my SCCM server i am getting a "No more connections can be made to this remote computer" error in the usmt restore step of my OSD. I am running Windows 2008 r2 and am using hardlink migration. The software distribution share has a simultaneous user limit of 16772. The ERROR: Starting the migration process Processing the settings store Selecting migration units Failed. A Windows Win32 API error occurred Windows error 0 description: The operation completed successfully. See the log file for more information. LoadState return code: 71 USMT returned exit code (0x00000047) The operating system reported error -2147024825: No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept.

I think one of me applications was causing this. The application worked fine by it's self in the OSD TS but not with SQL server. I tried addedin restarts into the TS but it made no difference. So i'm going to remove the application.

I also had exactly the same message. After some digging around I noticed the System Clock was 5 minutes out!!! N:\>w32tm /query /source Free-running System Clock N:\>w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:time-a.nist.gov,time.nist.gov The command completed successfully. N:\>net stop w32time The Windows Time service is stopping. The Windows Time service was stopped successfully. N:\>net start w32time The Windows Time service is starting. The Windows Time service was started successfully. N:\>w32tm /query /source Local CMOS Clock N:\>w32tm /query /source time-a.nist.gov,time.nist.gov
