Ladies and gents -

I've only seen two other slightly related posts about this issue, and I've run down what little troubleshooting was presented in those posts.

What's happening is from within App Controller, select a VM, then click on Console (or right-click and select console).  What happens next is a window opens, with two buttons ("Send Ctrl+Alt+Del" and "Reconnect") along with a big empty square where the console is supposed to appear.

I've tried this from three different client machines, two different versions of IE, and four different user accounts, all with no success.

RDP works fine, name resolution between all the machines work fine, and can connect to console from SCVMM.

Any ideas?
