No Outlook client are able to connect to exchange server 2013

Hello

When i try to connect any outlook client to Exchange server, it gives me error.

"The action cannot be completed.  The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

When i googled, i get mostly 2-3 solution but none of them worked in my case.

Most of them suggested to delete profile by going into "Mail" option in control panel of client and then add new profile.

Someone suggested to restart "Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service" service on Exchange server - but Exchange 2013 does not have this service.

So none of these solution worked for me.

Mostly i doubt that there is a issue on exchange server since none of the Outlook clients are able to connect to exchange.

pls help me to resolve this.

Thanx

yes, OWA works well.

while creating new profile it gives me same error as said above.

no matter how i do (creating new profile via outlook or via control panel "mail"), it gives me same error.

Also, clients are on workgroup and not on domain.

Thanx

Hi,

If the issue happens to all users, please run the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer tool to test the Autodiscover service:

https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

Please share the complete results here for further troubleshooting.

In server side, please run the following command to check your autodiscover service:

Get-ClientAccessServer | FL Identity,AutodiscoverServiceInternalUri
