One list has already created before some days.

Now we have new requirement to display data of list in format : Event + Event by

so we have create one column "Event by" and also trying to create calculated column which will give result as expected.

But "Event By" column is not appearing in Additional Column settings option:

 

Please guide.

If "Event By" column is a person type field, it won't appear in Calculated column formula. This is a default SharePoint

Hi JAyashri, in addition to Nadeem's response, you can get around it by creating a single line of text column and copy the information from the people picker to it, then use that column for your calculated field.
