New User Role does not get active

Hey there,

i created a new Custom Advanced Operator Role and did not include some Views and Task (f.e. the Close Incident Task)

Then i assigned my users to this role and removed the assignment from the Standard Advanced Operator Role....

Unfortunately all old permissions are still available, i have rebooted the server, and the client,....

Is there any timer job or something similar?!
