New Files - Help please
Hi, I have Windows SteadyState I actived the Hard Disk Protection, and I tried to make new files, the one when "Retain all changes permanently" and the second when "Remove all changes at restart". Then I restart my PC. I expected that the first one will not removed and the second will be removed, but for to my surprise they were both removed. What I need to do in order to pause the protection for a couple of minutes in order to make new files (et cetera) like a tried to do? Help please!

Hi, thank you for posting here. After checking your issue, it seems the problem with the option “Retain all changes permanently”. Please try to turn off Windows Disk Protection first, then restart PC, and turn on WDP again and choose “Retain all changes permanently” to see if the same issue occurs. Also you can choose “Retain changes temporarily” and set the time of it for test. If the same issue persists, I suggest you reinstalling Windows SteadyState 2.5. Hope it works.
