Hi Community, Recently our company took on a big client and they still on SMS 2003..(yeah, i know), So me and my colleague got the memo that we going to have to do a site visit and mingle with who's who in the zoo regarding the new clients SMS environment. We all know how this goes, administrators turn to be territorial when it comes to new hands taking over their old environement. My Query: What are the appropriate questions an engineer should ask ? what about questions pertaining to Processess ? Note: we've never done this before. Standardise, Simplify, Automate.
