hi facing problem with one of my server, its network share has becme unaccessable every after 24 hours. if i restart the server then only it is start working. i have seen the event log , one log is arrising for that "TCP/IP protocol stack reported that it run out of memory" can any one help me to resolve this problem. its OS is windows server 2003, service pack2
