Network not visible from Win10 client.

Win 10 is up and running as a client on my SBS 2003, SP3 network.  IAS was uninstalled, and the clients are linked through the private network of the Frontier 7550 cable modem.  I log into the network every day, but when I go to network display in my File Explorer I only see my client computer and the modem.  This happened initially on Win8.1, but it was resolved by opening the network icon in PowerDesk on my client computer (which did show the server computer) and on the server computer (which did show the client computer.  I then used the 8.1 file explorer to link to a file on the server and all was well after that.

On my Win10 client, PowerDesk does not show the server box, and the PowerDesk on the server shows the client box's name, but nothing inside.

I presume that there is something in the firewall that needs to be opened, but I don't know where to begin.  Any clues?
