if I had a VPN connection is active, these are the DNS records changed (that the DNS remote access server is set) on the network card. Particularly critical, since you this setting only with admin privileges can set on DNS via DHCP again.

So, if the Client, after VPN Connection, connect with public WIFI, the Client can't solve internetadresses, because, the Network Interface is set to the DNS from the RAS.

We could choose to whether to use the proxy at the VPN side or not, under Advanced options.

Settings->Network and Internet->VPN, then click on the special VPN, select Advanced options, there would be VPN Proxy settings available to manage:

What we need to do is to select the setting at the bottom of that page:

Turn on Use a proxy server, then select Don't use the proxy server for local addresses.
