Need to uninstall EMET 3.0 using SCCM

I am not able to uninstall Emet 3.0 remotely, I had installed it  from group policy.

I have used the fall out of scope option in the GP.  removed the package from GP so that it will uninstall the software from those clients

I have used the following commands to remove it from SCCM and also tried using pstools.

msiexec /x "EMET Setup.msi" /quiet

The package is unknown is the error.

I can run this command on the PC directly and it will execute with no issues.

I am just getting used to SCCM.

Kindly help

Run msiexec /x "{ProductID}" /quiet instead

Dear henrik,

Tried this option also MsiExec.exe /X {DE7A5DDF-47B3-42FF-A082-E158DEA37392} using sccm, pstools and it fails with the same error. " This action is only valid for products that are currently installed"

when I run the command directly on the machine it runs with no issues.  I tried both the quiet and verbose mode too. same result.

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.
