I have some users not being able to upload multiple files to a SharePoint folder. Details: In the upload sub-menu I have Upload Document Upload Multiple Documents However, the other users only have option 1 "Upload Document" but they cannot even see "Upload Multiple Documents" What should I do? I am open to suggestions. If you need additional questions please let me know. Thanks!

Hi, 1. Make sure they all got Office proffessional 2. Make sure that you enabled "Client Integration Feature" in Central Admin > Application Management > Authentication Providers > "Your Provider" > Enable Client Integration 3.
