Need help in generating SSRS reports using java

I have SSRS reports deployed to a report sever.I am trying to generate reports using java web services. As an example i tried to generate successfully referring the tutorial here.

But the wsdl for the same reporting server that i need to use in my customer environment is slightly different (has different namespace) which is targetNamespace="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/2003/12/reporting/reportingservices".

The wsdl for the above namespace that i am supposed to use is here. While my previous wsdl using which i was successful had namespace as targetNamespace="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/2005/06/30/reporting/reportingservices".

On analysing the java web service classes that are imported(using eclipse) , i found that ReportExecution classes are missing. That is the reason why i am not able to get the required classes and methods to generate.

So with this in mind,is there any other way wherein we can generate SSRS reports using java using my wsdl format.

My requirement is: on running report generation event, single report is recursively executed with different parameters and mailed to the recipients.

Hello,

the Namespace ".../2005/.." is from SSRS 2005, so I guess ".../2003/.." is from SSRS 2000. AFAIK this version was release as a first preview; see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SQL_Server_Reporting_Services => History

As you can see at http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/ the Schemas for SSRS 2000 are not available and at all, SQL Server 2000 isn't any longer supported since a very long time.

So if you want to write a service utilizing this old SSRS 2000, then you have to use that namespace/WSDL and yes, they are slidly different to 2005 and higher Versions.
