Perhaps with enabling portal tracing you can get some information: http://setspn.blogspot.com/2010/06/fim-2010-enable-advanced-error-logging.html Allthough I'm not sure this kind of tracing will get you detailed information as why the RCDC is (partially) failing.http://setspn.blogspot.com
