I have some requirement in sharepoint 2010 and I don't what to use for. I have some project code that code will have some properties like CodeID, Description, Location and Investor. That can have some data like Project Code CodeID Description Location Investor 1 321 XYZ India Mike 2 322 ABC USA Tom The project document library is the location where each project will have a separate folder. Inside each folder all the documents of the project will be uploaded. Once we connect project code 1 with project 1 then when ever we search for 321 (project code id), it will return all the documents inside the project folder 1. If we search for 321 and document 1, it will return document 1 inside the folder project 1. Also if we move the documents from project folder 1 to project folder 2, the documents will be attached with the project code 2. I don't know what we can use document library or custom list or document set. I need some suggestion or advice to achieve above thing. I will appreciate if I will get some link to some url where can i read about this.
