A Problem was found that when the server 2008 R2 backup with Backup Exec 2012, NTFS Error was occur and found at the event viewer of the server. After running chkdsk at the HDD, our lotus domino user mailbox (.nsf) file become 0k in size and cannot be access anymore. I have been search those on the internet and get some related case and answer. I have try some of them those the situation like the case i face now. I have try install microsoft MS Hotfix KB2754784 and KB2885209 for the Ntfs.sys but still no luck. I have also check about the hardware for any error and no error found.I also found some information about VSS will also cause this problem, and after check, we haven't enable the vss and no vss snapshot has been keep. This case has already last for about half years and still can't figure out where was the problem. Please help for solving the problem. Many Many thanks.
