What have you tried?
A simple reboot of that node?
Take the node out of the NLB, uninstall and reinstall the MP, and add it back?
You don't mention what you've tried, if anything.Standardize. Simplify. Automate.

Rebooted the node2 (Problematic node) , NLB from event viewer initiates fine. NLB shows both network interfaces converged
Both servers reply to
http://node1/SMS_MP/.sms_aut?MPLIST
http://node2/SMS_MP/.sms_aut?MPLIST
Also http://load-balaced-url/SMS_MP/.sms_aut?MPLIST
All reply with MP List
Remove MP role from node and added MP role again. ( MPmsi logs states installation successful.)
Rebooted node 2 after adding MP
Still same error

What does the MPcontrol.log on the bad node show?
Was this NLB working before. Does the NLB show it is working properly when you open the manager? This is a Microsoft NLB correct or is it an applicance like F5?http://www.sccm-tools.com http://sms-hints-tricks.blogspot.com
