NIC Teaming LACP Faulted When Add Hyper-v Virtual Network

Hello there,

I have setup a LACP team using two network ports, i tested it when first created and all worked fine no faults.

As soon as i try and put a Hyper-v virtual interface on them they fault and say that there is a negotiation error.

I dont understand why it would do that!

Please help!?

Hi Snazy,

If you were to misconfigure the LACP team on the switch side, then the affected ports would be flagged with a LACP Negotiation Issue.

Please check the setting on Switch side, for more detailed information, please refer to this article:

Troubleshooting the Hyper-V Virtual Switch Part 1

If there is anything else regarding this issue, please feel free to post back.
