I'm using two NAS(different manufacturers) and I've just tested with them. Both NAS worked fine(a dialog [Delete file] appered for confirming [Yes] or [No]) under Windows 10 Build 10130.
I've heard it required to "Refresh", in order to a file-list on the screen to be latest . But I've never heard a case like your issue.
So, I'd like to know 1) Build No of your Windows 10, 2) manufacuture and model of your NAS.
Best regards,
Hi - it's also Windows 10 Build 10130 and the NAS is QNAP TS-421, firmware 4.1.3. I get the dialogue box '.... Permanently Delete Yes or No' and after answering Yes that's when 'Item Not Found .....' pops up.
With regards
Stuart
Thank your for the information.
Have you installed/added some applications especially synchronizing or backuping app, in your QNAP ST-421?
cf. my QNAP ST-410 works fine: firmware 4.1.3, disk volumes RAID-5, no app added, no external device connected.
If nothing improved, I recommend you will post on "QNAP NAS Community forum". (taking care of cross-post).
Best regards,

Hi Ashidacchi - many thanks for your reply. My QNAP is setup in RAID 10, used primarily as a media server, secure data storage and managing IP cameras. The only app in use is 'Surveillance Station', everything else is done from Windows. No third-party apps have been installed. I have another PC, running Win 7, which accesses the QNAP with no problems, so I'm sure it's a Win 10 bug. The problem is not a priority issue, I can live with it and I appreciate very much your help. Thanks again.
