Mystic failed-creation-via-web-services on FIMMA Export run profile
Hi all,
FIMMA Export fire a failed-creation-via-web-services error, here is the error details
Fault Reason: The endpoint could not dispatch the request.
Fault Details: <DispatchRequestFailures xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/2006/11/ResourceManagement" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"></DispatchRequestFailures>
As casual in case of web-services related error, it's a matter of see the Requests resources in the FIM Portal to see what happened.
The problem is that I have no Request at all in the portal related to resource creation, it's like the web services never received the creation order

As the resolution was a FIM Portal reinstallation, I would like to know if someone already solved this kind of mystic errors before to be forced to reinstall FIM Service and Portal from a new DB.
Hope someone can help me to find out where I can obtain information on error occure

Well,
I found the solution... and it's my fault...
I stupidly used the FIM Service account in the FIM MA property instead of the FIM MA service account (the one I have specified during the FIM Service installation). So basically the used account doesn't have rights to contact webservices neither to write
into the FIMService DB.
The good point here is that I understand better the error : The endpoint could not dispatch the request.
It means that you cannot contact the webservice or the database, so the first things is to verify :
- the FIMMA account used
- the FIM MA account you provide during the installation (Configure Common Services step)
- the accounts used are not Disabled in AD or locked or with "User must change password..." box checked
Hope this helps
