My Site Tasks - Last Updated 1/1/1901 12:00AM

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/eb6b5b5b-328c-4c0d-a5a4-4a32fd33be53/page-error-when-clicking-on-hashtag-in-feed?forum=sharepointadminI know this topic has been covered all over the place but I'm sure I've covered everything over and over and have not gotten anywhere.  I am getting the "Last Updated" error on the My Site Tasks list.

I've:-

  • Checked permissions and made sure that the WF Service account, Farm and Web App SA's have permissions to the UPA and also my Web Apps (one My Site App and one Intranet);
  • Deleted and Recreated Workflow Management Service App;
  • Confirmed that the SharePoint 2013 workflow is available in SP Designer;
  • Search is working.  I can search for a task and it appears in the results

I found this error in the logs - not sure if it is related;

03/19/2015 13:57:24.85 w3wp.exe (0x3F14) 0x16E0 SharePoint Foundation General ablki Monitorable MDSLog: MDSFailover: Web page mismatch occurred in MDS: Context Page token (currentMPToken) = ['|PERSONAL|TAGGART_K:|PERSONAL|TAGGART_K|_CATALOGS|MASTERPAGE|MYSITE15.MASTER:2.15.0.0.0.15.0.4569.1000.1.FALSE.:en-US:en-US:RW'], token supplied by page in URL (originalMPToken) = ['|:|_CATALOGS|MASTERPAGE|MYSITE15.MASTER:2.15.0.0.0.15.0.4569.1000.1.FALSE.:en-US:en-US:RW'], Current Request URL = ['http://domain-mysites:12828/personal/taggart_k/AllTasks.aspx?AjaxDelta=1&isStartPlt1=1426733844830'] 3a22f49c-4411-80f3-96a8-0a908b0b58f4

My "My Site Host" was not migrated from 2010 - only the ProbileDB.

Interestingly, I am also having this issue with My Sites - https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/eb6b5b5b-328c-4c0d-a5a4-4a32fd33be53/page-error-when-clicking-on-hashtag-in-feed?forum=sharepointadmin - and my newsfeed is not displaying everything properly (eg. If I check my likes, it says I have not "Liked" anything but I have)

Ideas?

After pulling out almost all of my hair - I finally resolved.  Frustratingly, I am sure I had already tried this but anyway - this may help somebody else.  Make sure you run the following:-

$webApp = Get-SpWebApplication http://mysiteswebapp
$webapp.GrantAccessToProcessIdentity("DOMAIN\workflow_service_acc")
