I have to change MyProfile page in sharepoint. Here is the requirement Display two label and two textboxMy boss and I am boss are the two labelsCorresponding people picker text boxIf I go to Profile A and add Profile B as My Boss then on Profile B in I am boss section should show up Profile A. I can add multiple different people in My Boss or I am Boss section.I have only SharePoint Designer 2010. No Visual Studio JIt can be a web part or use SharePoint out of the box functionality. Any help in how to approach this requirement would be really appreciated.

Hi, Your requirement clearly requires some customizations. I would suggest you to follow this approcah. 1. Create a feature. 2. Upon activation it should add two lists in anyone's mysite "My BOSS" and "I am the boss". 3. Then the webparts should be added accordingly to the pages.
