Hi, We have three different incremetal crawl schedule at same time in indexed WFE server. For couple of months, it was working fine. But for past one week, i observed that one of the incremental schedues do not start as scheduel whereas other two works fine. As of now, i am running the failed one manually. Also, if anybody can provide the detailed step involve in crawling, right from its initiation. Troubleshooting done by me: 1. The WSS time service works fine and the security credentials for it has not been changed nor its password. 2. The sharepoint logs in hive folder doesnt provide any strong point. 3. The 3 incremental crawl ssp run at different time propertly. 4. Impersonating value is true in webconfig file for all three crawl ssps

1st thing its not recomendid to run the crawl at same time, becuase its creating the deadlock. you need to schedule to different times and make sure no content source over stepping on each other. create a new content source and add the url which are in the corrupted content source. and then run full crawl. hope this work thanks -wsSharePoint administrator, MCTS,MCITP

Hi Waqqas, Agree to your quote. But earlier, the crawl were executing successfully. It is now we have to manually start one of the schedule crawl. The content sources are different and do not overstep. Thanks

Hi Waqqas, Thanks for your response. We rebooted our WFE server which eventually restarted the timer service. Now all the three schedule incremental jobs are running as scheduled. Thanks
