Hi All, I have a problem with thousands upon thousands of duplicate emails sitting in one of my mail enabled document libraries. They all seem to be a copy of an original message with the subject appended with a series of numbers. Someone mentioned to ensure my drop directory is excluded from any AV scanning, which it now is. The messages keep on piling up though. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can stop this? Many thanks in advance!

Hi, You need check e-mail drop folder permissions for the logon account for the SharePoint Timer service. Ensure that the logon account for the SharePoint Timer service has Modify permissions on the e-mail drop folder.
