Hello,
Just changing the IP address won't effect SQL Server in any way.
Only when you change the host name you would have to do some small modifications: Rename a Computer that Hosts a Stand-Alone Instance of SQL Server
is this stand alone or cluster node?
i do not see it having any repercussions - since we typically use servername/instancename to connect to the box and all your dns records would also get updated.
Hello,
If you (or another DBA) have not previously configured to listen only on the old IP address then you dont have to
do anything, once you change the IP address on the server, SQL Server will pick up the new IP address.
Hope this helps.

Hi Dinesh,
As other post, SQL Server will still work even if you change the server network ip.
Regarding to the IP addresses in your screenshot,
as described in this
article, SQL Server Configuration Manager displays the IP addresses that were available at the time SQL Server was installed.
The available IP addresses can change when network cards are added or removed, when a dynamically assigned IP address expires, when the network structure is reconfigured, or when the computer changes its physical location such as a laptop computer connecting
to the network in a different building. You can change the ip address by editing the
IP Address box and restart SQL Server to make the change take effect.
Thanks,
