Move subsite to new site collection.
How do I move subsite along with subsites within the subsite, user permissions and workflow from one site collection to newly created site collection. I want to move "http://izone/HR" subsite which is in site collection "/" to newly
created site collection "/sites/HR". Thanks in advance.

You can use the STSADM import / export commands for this.
