I wondering if there any way to move or copy a some documents in displayed using a group by in the view, meaning I have 200 documents in a library, when I use group by becomes 24 documents, what I need is move or copy those 24 documents only from this library to another library in another site collection

When you create a view and group documents using 'group by' options, count of the documents does not reduce.

It just groups the documents and displays the count of groups, 24 in your case. It still includes all of 200 documents.
