In the past information was collected in an excel sheet. We created now a SP2010 survey and would like users to add missing information by using the survey form. New users should fill in the blank survey form, other users who provided data already in the excel sheet should just add new information.

Is it possible to create survey replies from an excel list, so users do not have to create a new response but could edit an existing one (created from excel file data)?
