Go to the system center marketplace, find the right management pack, purchase it and off you go!

Yeah I was hoping to avoid purchasing anything.
and the last thing I want to use is Quest/QMX, I already have that in my environment and I hate it. I want to move all my linux and unix stuff off that.Paul Arbogast

You could ask Oracle for it and their status in creating one. Otherwise you can create one yourself, but that is some work of course. Next you can use one of the paid options. I have to say I am alos not happy with some of the quest stuff. The bridgeways
option is still in beta and has been for some time. Not sure whats up with that. You will have to ask them when they have it ready or when you can test-drive their MP.Bob Cornelissen - BICTT (My BICTT Blog) - Microsoft Community Contributor 2011 Recipient

Meanwhile, I also noticed the following page from Oracle:

Considering this query is about an Oracle product, it is also recommended that you contact the corresponding support for help:

Now that SCOM 2012 has been released, there is an in-the-box solution available from Microsoft for JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, and WebSphere.
