Monitoring ActiveSync External Connectivity
Hi all! The Exchange MP has a monitor to check the ActiveSync Internal Connectivity. Our ActiveSync service published on ISA server. We want to monitor ActiveSync External Connectivity. Cmdlet "Test-ActiveSyncConnectivity" has this feature: Test-ActiveSyncConnectivity -URL https://<external_host_name>/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync How best to do monitoring ActiveSync External Connectivity from SCOM?

Valery I dont have an exchange 2010 environment to hand but what the MP does is use the Test- commandlets from the exchange environment. So if the poweshell will run the command then I don't see why the synthetic transaction wont do just that. Paul Keely
