Monitoring AD Changes
Is there anything we can do using ACS that will hlp us monitor the chnages to Active Directory , like Addition or deletion of users accounts , membership changes to global / universal security groups , additon./deletion of Computers . I know there is a MP which can do this , but we are looking for ACS to do it for us. Is it possible.

Hi, ACS will collect security events, and then you can run default reports or create new reports. New ACS reports is quick to create, for step by steps, look at http://contoso.se/blog/?p=288 . You first need to make sure your DCs log correct security events, then you can use ACS to collect them and run report.Anders Bengtsson | Microsoft PFE | blog at http://www.contoso.se

Yes, if you set auditting correctly you will get the events in the security logs. These get picked up by ACS and gathered centrally. You can report on those from ACS.Bob Cornelissen - BICTT (My BICTT Blog) - Microsoft Community Contributor 2011 Recipient
