Monitor burnout
I just set up some hotel internet kiosks using steady state with XP pro and it looks pretty good with one exception. I have set up auto logoff after 10 minutes of idle time as well as drive protection. The logoff works fine, but then it just sits there at the welcome screen forever as far as I can tell. I have looked at the registry settings and it shows a logoff is the screen saver? How can I get these to auto turn off the screen when or shortly after the session is logged out? Dave Stewart

Hi Dave, I want to inform you that Windows Steadystate hasn’t the function to automatic turn off the monitor when log off windows. But you can do these follow steps to manage the power: 1 login windows with administrator 2 right click in blanks of tesktop-----Screen Saver-----Monitor power-----chick “Power”-----Power Schemes------Turn off monitor-----set time of it------Apply&OK Hope it will help you.
