Hi, I keep getting these errors every 2 minutes in the Operations Manager event log on my Exchange 2007 server CheckRunningLocalSystem : TestMapiConnectivity CheckRunningLocalSystem : TestUmConnectivity CheckRunningLocalSystem : TestPopConnectivity CheckRunningLocalSystem : TestOwaConnectivity CheckRunningLocalSystem : TestMailFlow CheckRunningLocalSystem : PublicFolderDB Another two warning event : The process started at 12:31:19 PM failed to create System.PropertyBagData, no errors detected in the output. The process exited with 4294967295 Command executed: "C:\Windows\system32\cscript.exe" /nologo "ExecuteDiagnostic.js" 2 MSBSZBEXE001.msb.net "set-CasConnectivityTestCredentials -MonitoringContext:$true" "MSExchange CasConnectivityTestCredentials" true Working Directory: C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Health Service State\Monitoring Host Temporary Files 2\11276\ One or more workflows were affected by this. Workflow name: Microsoft.Exchange2007.Mailbox.SetCasConnectivityTestCredentials Instance name: Mailbox (MSBSZBEXE001) Instance ID: {38CC5915-19B8-12D0-3D50-78ECB09856F4} Management group: MSBOPSMGR Summary: 1 rule(s)/monitor(s) failed and got unloaded, 1 of them reached the failure limit that prevents automatic reload. Management group "MSBOPSMGR". This is summary only event, please see other events with descriptions of unloaded rule(s)/monitor(s). I have tried to reinstalled the agent, re-import the MP (Exchange 2007 MP R2), the same errors occurred again after I created the CAS connectivity account by running the ps1 scripts. The Agent Action Account has both local and domain admin rights for the Exchange server. No active alerts in OpsMgr console seems to be related to this issues. I think because of this issue, there is no data in all the mailbox reports, synthetic transactions for ActivSync, IMAP, OWA, POP shows no data but servers and service states are being monitored. My architecture is straight forward, I have only 1 RMS monitoring all the servers. All Exchange components installed in 1 server. I have enabled all the necessary discoveries for Exchange server role as well Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Sarah, Was just searching the internet for the exact same problem as you had with SCOM on exchange. Just wondering, did you ever get a fix for the issues you were having? We are getting the exact same logs and none of the mailbox type reports work at all.Any help would be brilliantMany thanksSteve

Is the agent action account running as local system? If not, you must populate the local system runas profile.
