Mobile cannot login lync 2013 server

Dear Support,

I have run the Lync Server Remote Connectivity Test and Lync Autodiscover Web Service Remote Connectivity Test from https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ , and all passed.

but i still cannot login the lync2013 server via the mobile, the login process pending on the "Lync is signing in" for very long time.

Hopping someone could help me...

have you test different mobiles like IPhone, WM, Android?

Which reverse proxy did you use?

And check the logs on the phone.
