Missing rows in excel/csv output
Hi Reporting Services SQL server 2008 - when a couple of large subscriptions are run that dump data to Excel/CSV several hundred rows of data are missing. The issue can be reproduced by copying/pasting from the results window in management studio, as well as exporting to .csv Only a tab delimited file seems to avoid the issue - however tab delimited is not an option for subscriptions and we are now forced to consider SSIS packages to output. It seems to be an Excel issue - I can see when editing in a text editor the number of rows in the CSV is correct, however when opened in Excel, there are several hundred rows missing. Can anyone help? Cheers Josh

Hi Josh, Thanks for your question, Here I want to confirm with you what's result if you build only one subscription? how did you design your report, in order to reproduce your scenario, could you please give your report's design step by step. These information is a big help for us toubleshoot the issue. Thanks, Challen FuPlease remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help.
