I would like to be able to calculate the% complete for a column called "Milestone % complete" for a rolled up task. This would require reading the percentage complete column of other items in the same list to calculate % complete for a milestone made up of variable # of subtasks. For this example 5 sub task. Each task is entered as a separate item in a SharePoint list Is this possible. This out of the box function/capability of MS Project I know. Trying to accomplish this in a SharePoint task list. Example: User group creation Milestone 38% complete. sub task1 Create user group for department 1 100%complete, sub task2 Create user group for department2 50% complete, sub task3 Create user group for department3 30%complete, sub task4 Create user group for department4 10% complete sub task5 Create user group for department5 0%complete
