Migrating to 2013, keeping old service accounts

Hi,

Can anyone please suggest me is this good practice to keep old service accounts even after migration to sharepoint 2013 from 2010?

Please provide me reference to the post (Where Clearly explained) if possible so that i will try to explain to my client using this as a proof for better understanding regarding service accounts reuse in new sharepoint 2013 farm.
