We are currently using MOSS 2007 Enterprise version and planning to migrate to SharePoint Foundation 2010. As we know that some of the enterprise features are not supported in the foundation version, would this be feasible and will there be any issue during migration. Please share your thoughts. --Cheers

that is an unsupported migration. There will likely be problems. your best bet here would be to use a 3rd party tool to move the data and not try the upgrade path for the product.
