I have a MOSS 2007 site.I have just been informed that our site has been set up as a Team site and not a publishing site. The consultants used, are not replying to my emails asking why and how to upgrade.Can anyone point me in the direction of white papers or process guides for this task.I don't want to make any changes to my site until I have sorted this out.Thank you

When you say you want a "publishing site" is it Just the publishing features you want or did you want a specific structure? You can just enable the publishing features to get access to common publishing capability. Just trying to gauge the delta between what they gave you and what you want.
