Microsoft utility for create the bootable iso images and the bootable USB sticks

In Windows 10, there is an utility that allows to create the bootable iso images and the bootable USB sticks? If there is no, exists a Microsoft utility dedicated to this?

If I create customized edition of Windows, the above mentioned utility also allows to create its bootable ISO image or USB stick?

No, it will not. If you want to create a customized image then you should
be using the Windows 10 ADK.

Windows USB/DVD download tool would allow you to create bootable USB drive with the downloaded/customised ISO file:

Yes, the downlaod Tool is available on Windows 10.

What you need to do first is to enable .Net 3.5 first, through turn Windows Features on or off.

For the command, well I am not familiar with that part.

You can create a bootable ISO by using oscdimg utility. These instructions are for Windows 8, but it should be very similar with Windows 10

You can create a bootable USB with diskpart
