We have SCCM 2007 R3 in our environment. With SCCM we have to uninstall Microsoft office project standard 2003, Microsoft office project 2007 and 2010 form SCCM clients. 

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

There is not trick to this use the same command line you would to manually uninstall it. Yes you might need to make it silent/prompt-less in order to be deployed by CM07 but that is all there is to it.
